OREO CHEESECAKE

Crust
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 12)
1 tbsp melted butter

Filling
4 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
20 Oreo cookies, quartered

Crust: Mix together and press into the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Filling: Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Gently stir in quartered cookies. Pour over crust. Bake for 1 hour until center is almost set. After baking run knife around rim to loosen. Cool before removing for 4 hours.
