GRAND MARNIER RICE CRISPY TREATS

1/4 lb butter
10 oz marshmallows
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 tsp orange extract
1 pinch salt
6 cups Rice Krispies

In a large saucepot over medium heat melt butter. Add marshmallows, Grand Marnier, orange extract and salt. Stir until melted. Stir in Rice Kispies, then pour into a greased baking pan. To serve, dip a small square into chocolate and serve with macerated fresh fruit.
