1/2 cup corn syrup and white wine
1/2 cup oil and Dijon mustard
2 tbsp parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/3 cup onion or shallots, diced
Sauté onion in oil until cooked but not browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
