BOCK AND BOURBON BBQ SAUCE

12 oz. bock beer
1/4 cup bourbon, brown sugar, melted butter and lemon juice
1 tbsp sweet paprika and minced chipotles en adobo sauce, chopped (may adjust more or less)
1 tsp oregano, salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients in a blender, holding lid in place with a folded towel. Taste and adjust seasonings and reserve 1/2 cup for table. Use as a BBQ sauce in last 15 minutes of cooking beef or pork.
