BASIC BBQ MOP

2 cup vinegar cider or wine
5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup salad or vegetable oil
3 tbsp butter
1 lemon sliced
3 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbsp ginger crushed and dry mustard
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil then simmer low for 5 to 10 minutes until flavors are nicely blended. Use to baste any meat or poultry.
