SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS

18 large stuffable mushrooms, stems removed
1 package Pork or Cornbread Stovetop Stuffing, prepared
1 roll, Crumble Sausage, cooked and crumbled'
1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp fresh chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven at 350. Combine stuffing, garlic, parmesan and parsley. Add sausage and salt/pepper, mixing to combine well. Place mushrooms in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Lightly baste each mushroom with melted margarine. Stuff each mushroom evenly and baste lightly again with butter. Bake for 23 to 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, basting occasionally.
