1/2 cup brown gravy
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup scallions
1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin steak
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
3 tbsp butter
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup Madeira wine

Preheat saute pan on medium-high for 1-2 minutes. Mix gravy, sour cream and steak sauce in bowl. Dice scallions very fine and set aside. Sprinkle both sides of steak with seasoned salt. Melt butter in saute pan and, using tongs, add steak. Cook 6-8 minutes on each side.

Remove steaks from pan and set aside, leaving drippings in pan. Add mushrooms and scallions; saute for 3 minutes. Add wine to pan, stir into mushroom mixture and simmer for 1 minute. Add gravy mixture to pan and simmer for 1 minute. Return steak to pan, turn heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve. Serves 4
