BALSAMIC PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS

1 shallot or red onion diced
3 cups portobello mushrooms
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Spirtz of olive oil
Thyme
Basil
Chives

Spritz non stick saute pan with olive oil. Saute shallots or onions for 2 minutes. Add garlic and saute for 1 more minute. Add mushrooms, vinegar, thyme and basil. Lower heat and cover pan. Cook for 12 minutes. If the pan gets dry you can add a splash of water, broth or red wine. Finish with a dusting of chives
