ORANGE CAKE

1 pkg orange cake mix
1/4 cup water
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Filling
1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Cake: Follow cake directions except use only 1/4 cup water and add the drained pineapple juice.

Measure 4 tbsp pineapple and add to another bowl; set aside. Put remaining fruit into cake batter. Bake in a 13x9 inch baking pan as directed.

While cake is baking, sprinkle pudding over the reserved pineapple and allow it to set.

Remove cake from oven and allow to cool. Combine container frozen whipped topping, confectioners sugar and add the pineapple mixture. Spread on cake. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
