1 prepared angel food cake

Filling and Topping
1 (12 oz) jar orange marmalade
2 tbsp orange liqueur or orange juice
3 cups whipped cream, divided
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 to 1 tsp grated orange rind
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg fluffy frosting mix

Slice off top one-fourth of cake, leaving a 1 inch shell; reserve cake pieces for another use. Place cake shell on a serving plate.

Filling: Stir together marmalade and liqueur; brush evenly over insides of cake top and shell, reserving remaining marmalade mixture. Beat 1 cup whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Beat cream cheese and orange rind until fluffy; gradually stir in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into cake shell. Replace top; press firmly.

Beat remaining 2 cups whipping cream and frosting mix at high speed until stiff peaks form. Spoon frosting over top and sides of cake. Swirl frosting using a flat metal spatula. Drizzle with orange marmalade mixture over frosting and continue swirling with spatula to cream a marbled effect. Chill at least 3 hours before serving. Cut with a serrated knife.
