*FUDGE BROWNIES*

1 1/4 cups butter, softened
4 cups sugar
8 eggs
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups baking cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups chopped walnuts

Icing
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 cups confectioners sugar
5 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Additional chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 325. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in vanill and walnuts. Spread into a greased jelly-roll pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Icing: Melt butter and chocolate. Place in a mixing bowl. Add half the confectioners sugar and mix well. Add milk, vanilla, and remaining sugar and beat until smooth. Spread immediately over warm brownies. Sprinkle with nuts. All to set before cutting.
