TANGY LIME MARINADE for Beef

Category: Marinades

1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Grated rind of 1 lime
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dried oregano
3 large cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
Makes about 1/2 cup, enough for 1 to 2 pounds of beef.
