STEAK MARINADE II

1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 oz bourbon
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp liquid smoke

Combine ingredients and pour over 3-4 pound, 2” thick sirloin and let marinate several hours, at room temperature, turning several times. Cook over mesquite chips.
