WHEN PIGS FLY APPETIZERS

4 boneless pork chops, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 (14 oz) bottle hot ketchup
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp dried thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed and lemon pepper
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir pork cubes for 4-5 minutes or until pork is just done. Remove excess fat from skillet; reduce heat to low. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to coat pork. Cover and cook about 1 minute or until heated through. Transfer to fondue pot and serve with toothpicks.
