RED WINE MARINADE

2 cups red wine
1 tbsp minced garlic, salt and Italian seasoning
1/4 cup corn syrup and olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce

Combine ingredients. Pour over meat in a resealable bag. Marinade 3-4 hours in refrigerator, turning and mixing several times. Drain, reserving marinade. Grill meat. Brush with marinade while cooking on grill. Good for chicken and fish.
