BLUE CHEESE DIP II

4 oz (3/4 cup) crumbled blue cheese, divided
3 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup half and half
salt and pepper to taste

In a small mixer bowl, beat 1/2 cup of the blue cheese with the cream cheese on low speed until well blended. Add mayonnaise and half and half; beat on low speed until creamy. Stir in reserved blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
