NEW ENGLAND MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1 cup white Zinfandel wine
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dry mustard and salt
2 tsp black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Cover and marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight, then cook as desired. Unused marinades should last for several weeks in your refrigerator. Discard leftover used marinades.
