RASBERRY MOUSE CHEESECAKE

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 cup raspberry jam
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, combine 1st four ingredients. Beat until light a fluffy. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, fold jam into whipped topping. Spread over top of cooled cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
