CIDER VINEGAR BARBECUE SAUCE

1/2 cup beer
1/4 cup lemon juice and olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar and teriyaki sauce
2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp salt, basil and dry mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, pepper and oregano
Stir together all in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Cover and chill sauce until ready to serve. Serve with Smoked Pork Shoulder. Yield: 2 cups
