TEXAS MOPPING SAUCE II

2 (12 oz) cans beer
6 oz yellow mustard
8 oz Worcestershire sauce
12 oz hickory-flavored barbecue sauce
4 oz honey
Pinch hot chili flakes
4 oz wine vinegar
1 onion, chopped
2 lemons, sliced

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Mop the meat with this every few minutes during cooking. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1 gallon
