TEXAS MOPPING SAUCE I

1 cup strong black coffee and ketchup
1 tbsp salt and sugar
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup butter

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator. Heat before using. For ribs, junk the ribs in the sauce each time you turn them. Baste poultry as you turn it.
