SWEET FINISHING SAUCE for Brisket

Category: BBQ Mops and Finishing Sauces

2 can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp white vinegar

Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes. Baste on brisket last few minutes of grilling and/or serve on the side with the brisket.
