STEAK BASTING SAUCE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp pepper
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Salt, to taste

In a saucepan, heat until butter melts. Baste steaks as they are cooked on the grill. Serve remainder of sauce with steak.
