HAWAIIAN RIBS

Sauce
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/3 cup apricot jam
3 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
4 lbs pork baby back ribs
Combine sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Place ribs on an oiled grid and grill over medium heat for 40 minutes or until no longer pink near bone. Brush with some of the sauce mixture during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Cut into individual ribs to serve. Serve with remaining sauce for dipping. Serves 8
