KOREAN RIBS

Marinade:
1/3 cup soy sauce and water
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
3 tbsp sesame oil and honey
2 tbsp minced garlic and sesame seeds
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp pepper
3 1/2 lbs pork back ribs
Combine marinade ingredients; mix well. Pour over ribs; marinated in covered container overnight.
Prepare grill, banking coals to one side. When coals are medium, place ribs on grid opposite coals, cover and grill for 35-45 minutes, turning once. Ribs should be browned and cooked through.
NOTE: Can be grilled over direct heat, reducing cooking time 10-15 minutes and then turn several times to prevent over browning.
