MUSTARD AND DILL CREAM SAUCE

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp dill weeds, crushed
1/8 tsp salt and pepper

In a saucepan, cook ingredients over low heat until cheese melt and sauce is hot, do not allow to boil, about 10 minutes. Makes 1 cup

NOTE: Great over fish, chicken or tossed with pasta.
