ITALIAN POTATO CASSEROLE

Potatoes boil in jackets
Red and green bell peppers, sliced
Onions, sliced
Italian sausage
Garlic, basil, rosemary, salt and pepper
Chicken bouillon and enough water to make 1 cup broth
Slice boiled potatoes into chunks and brown on olive oil. While potatoes are cooking, cook sausage, peppers and onions in a skillet until sausage has browned and crumble. Add to the potatoes and sprinkle with seasonings, broth and cheese. Cover until almost all the liquid has evaporated. Bake until liquid has completely evaporated, about 15-30 minutes.
