TANGY SWEET MEATBALLS

Meatballs
1 lb ground beef and pork
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp minced parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
1 (10 oz) jar apricot preserves
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Combine meatball ingredients and form into meatballs. Brown in olive oil until cooked through. Put cooked meatballs in a Dutch oven. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients and heat to a boil. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
