FAJITAS WITH PORK

1 lb boneless pork loin
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ground oregano and cumin
2 tbsp orange juice and vinegar
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 medium onion and green pepper, sliced
5 flour tortillas

Garnishes
Sliced green onion, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and salsa

Slice pork across grain into 1/8 inch strips. Mix together garlic and next 5 ingredients. Marinate pork in mixture for 10 minutes. Heat oil in skillet until hot. Stir-fry pork and sliced vegetables until pork is no longer pink, about 3-5 minutes. Serves with tortillas.
