Roast Beef Sandwiches

3-4 lbs roast
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
1 chopped onion
1 pinch garlic powder
salt and pepper

Serve on
8 onion hamburger buns or regular hamburger buns

Put roast in the crockpot and combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cook for 8-10 hours stirring occasionally. Take roast out of crockpot and let rest about 30 minutes. Slice and return back into the juice.

Serve on buns.
