PUMPKIN TREATS

Crust
1 pkg yellow cake mix, less 1 cup
1 egg
1/2 cup butter, melted

Filling
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves

Topping
1 cup yellow cake mix
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Mix the crust ingredients and spread into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Combine the filling ingredients and pour mixture as next layer in pan. Stir together topping ingredients until they form a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle the topping mixture over the filling layer. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 18 servings.
