1/2 cup whole milk or half and half
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp onion salt
Heat milk and cream cheese over low heat stirring until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. Serve over hot vegetables or baked potatoes.
