PORK TENDERLOINS WITH MUSHROOMS

1 lb pork tenderloin
2 tbsp butter
Flour
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/8 tsp rosemary
6 green olives, stuffed with almonds
2 tbsp lemon juice and chopped parsley
Cut pork into 1 inch slices. Roll in flour seasoned in salt and pepper. Ina saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender but not brown. Add wine; bring to a boil and pour this mixture over meat in a skillet. Add mushrooms and rosemary. Cover and simmer until done, about 30 minutes. Now add olives and lemon juice. Serve garnished with parsley.
