GARLIC ROSEMARY MASHED POTATOES

6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
4 cloves large garlic, peeled
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp dried rosemary
2/3 cup milk or whipping cream or half-and-half
Salt and pepper, to taste
Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Return potatoes and garlic to saucepan and beat until combined. Add cheese, butter and rosemary; beat until smooth. Gradually beat in milk until fluffy. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 6
