COLORFUL VEGETABLE SALAD

2 cups broccoli
1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerettes
1/2 lb fried bacon, crumbled
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds
1 small onion, minced

Dressing
1/3 cup sugar and parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Combine salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together, refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving over salad.
