TACO MEAT (Crock pot)

2 lb beef roast
1 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp chili powder and crushed oregano
1 minced garlic clove
1 (10 oz) can green chilies
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
Place meat in the crock pot; to with rest of ingredients in given order. Cook on high for 5 hours (low for 10 hours). Break up meat with a wooden spoon then cover and cook on low for 2 more hours. Shred meat thoroughly with two forks and cook for another hour. Serve rolled in flour tortillas, top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, black olives, guacamole or salsa.
