DEVILED CRAB CREPES

1/4 cup chopped onions, butter and flour
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp chili sauce and minced parsley
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb cooked, flaked crab meat
10-12 cooked crepes
2 tbsp melted butter
Cook onions in butter until tender. Stir in next 7 ingredients. Add milk; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in a small amount of hot mixture into beaten egg; then return egg mixture to pan. Cook, stirring for several minutes. Add crab meat. Fill crepes with crab mixture; fold over. Brush filled crepes with melted butter. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 10-15 minutes.
