Shelly's Recipe

*CHOCOLATE CHIP CREAM CHEESE COOKIES*

1/4 cup butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 pkg white cake mix
1 (8 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1/4 cup ground nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc)

Cream butter and cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla and half the cake mix until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix. Add chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet (or sheets). Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes.
