10 tbsp bourbon
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar and oil
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper and salt
1 clove garlic, crushed.
Mix together and marinate steaks at least 2 hours or longer before grilling. Makes 1 1/2 cups marinade
