2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups barbecue spice
3/4 cups salt
1/2 cup seasoned salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp mustard seed

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle generously on meat and rub it in. Let sit at least 30 minutes before cooking.
