STUFFED MUSHROOMS WITH CREAM CHEESE

1 (8 oz) pkg softened cream cheese
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 tbsp chopped rosemary, basil and parsley
1 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup beef stock

Mix cream cheese, garlic, all the herbs, lemon juice and salt and pepper in bowl and mix well. Hold the mushroom bottom side up with your fingers. Stuff mushrooms with cream cheese mixture.

Dip mushrooms in breadcrumbs, cheese side down and set them on a cookie sheet cheese side up. Drizzle the mushrooms with the melted butter and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until browned on top.

Remove from oven and place on serving plate. Pour enough beef stock on the plate just to cover the bottom and serve.
