GRILLED BARBECUED RIBS

Sauce
1 (10 oz) bottle teriyaki sauce
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 garlic bulb, cloves separated and peeled
3 tbsp unsulfured molasses
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp seasoned pepper
1 (16 oz) can cranberry sauce
2 baby back ribs, about 4 lbs
Combine sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth. Place ribs in a shallow baking dish and pour sauce over ribs, turning until well coated. Marinate for 8 hour or overnight.
Prepare grill for indirect heat and cook ribs for 1 hour, turning every 20 minutes in a covered grill. Close top vents on grill half way through cooking time to lower heat and brush ribs with sauce about every 30 minutes.
