Shelly's Recipe

PESTO DIP I

Category: Dips - Cold

3 cups fresh parsley, minced
1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts or chopped walnuts
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 cups mayonnaise and sour cream
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Assorted vegetables for dippers

Place first 4 ingredients in food processor. Process until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
