Shelly's Recipe

*HAM AND PASTA CASSEROLE*

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 cups cubed ham
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese and Velveeta
1/2 cup milk
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Garlic powder and pepper, to taste
2 cups macaroni, cooked al dente, drained

Preheat oven to 350. While pasta is cooking, saute ham and onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheeses melt. Stir in drained pasta. Pour into a greased casserole and bake for 45-60 minutes. Serves 4

NOTE: I like to top with seasoned buttered bread crumbs.
