PEANUT BUTTER PIE - Easy

Chocolate Crunch Pie Crust
1/3 cup butter
6 oz chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups toasted rice cereal

Filling
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream
2 tsp chocolate syrup

Crust: In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Press in a pie pan and chill for 30 minutes.

Filling: Beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into crust. Drizzle syrup over pie, gently swirl with a spoon. Chill at least 4 hours before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
