FRUIT SALAD SUPREME

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 cups apple slices
3 cups honeydew chunks
3 cups green grapes
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine cream cheese, milk, juice, and peel; mixing until well blended.

Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream mixture into cream cheese mixture.

Combine 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture and apples; mix lightly. In a 3-quart glass bowl, layer the fruit. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with pecans.
