HONEY SOY AND ORANGE MARINADE

1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp peanut oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp liquid honey
White pepper, to taste

Combine all and whisk to emulsify. Note: Poultry should be marinated 1-4 hours, flank steak and spareribs overnight.
