SPICY TOMATOES SAUCE WITH CHICKEN OVER ANGEL HAIR PASTA

1 tsp thyme
3/4 tsp each white and black pepper
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and sugar
1 cup chopped green onions
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 sticks butter
1-2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
Angel hair pasta, cooked al dente, drained

Saute 1 1/2 stick butter with onion and garlic for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add thyme and 1/2 tsp cayenne and both white and black peppers and basil; continue to cook until onions are browned. Add broth, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce; simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Add sugar and half the green onions. Simmer for 30 minutes.

In a skillet, add remaining butter and green onion. Heat until butter is melted. Sprinkle remaining spices over chicken and add to pan. Cook until chicken is done and add to sauce. Serve over cooked pasta. Serves 4
