1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack, Parmesan and Asiago cheeses
1 tbsp fresh basil and curly parsley, chopped
1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
10 jumbo shrimp, shell on
Mix first 8 ingredients; set aside. Butterfly shrimp, leaving shell on. Spread cheese mixture approximately 1/4 inch thick over top of each shrimp. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
