SAVORY SHRIMP STUFFED MUSHROOMS

2 lb mushrooms, extra large
1 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp green onions, chopped
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 (4.5 oz) can shrimp, rinsed, well drained and chopped
Parsley sprigs
Wipe mushrooms clean and arrange in a bowl and pour salad dressing over them. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream and next 6 ingredients; blend well. Cover; refrigerate. To serve, drain mushrooms on paper towels. Fill each cap with cheese mixture and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours. Serve with cocktail picks.
